Cement surge tank

Cement  surge tank is developed as company's patented product, which is mainly  used in drilling cementing construction. When the bulk tank is located  far away from the grouting equipment (cementing sled), the bulk cement  handling system will appear unevenly and the dry cement clogging  phenomenon, resulting in poor control of cement slurry and dry cement  clogging accident. The problem can be avoided by using the cement surge  tank. During use, cement surge tank connect closed cement storage tank  and high energy mixer for cement paste,  in order to establish a  powdered cement supply for a stabilized grout mixing system.

On  this account, the cement mixing system is stable in the supply of  powdered cement.  And it can reduce the bubbles in cement paste, improve  slurry quality of cement paste.  At the same time,  the reverse fl ow  of the cement slurry is prevented, and various defects caused by the  direct ash supply of the lower ash tank are effectively solved. So we  can provide qualifi ed and stable cement slurry system for cementing  operation.
